PAYMENT POLICY
Weekly rates are based on 7 nights. Additional nights are charged at 1/7 of the weekly rate. rental charges, including estimated mileage and tax must be received by time of departure. Deposit and actual mileage charge will be adjusted at time of return. Call for a quote on one way rentals or rentals less than one week. We accept major credit cards, traveler checks, or certified funds.

MOTORHOMES
All unites are self-contained with generator, microwave, air conditioning, stereo, gas/electric refrigerator freezer, central heat, pressure water system, fresh water tank, kitchen & bath sink, flush toilet, hot / cold shower, gas range, exterior hookup for water, 30 amp electric and drainage. All units are equipped with automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes.

DRIVER'S LICENSE
Insurance carrier requires that all drivers be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the State or country of residence.

CONVENIENCE KITS
Optional kits available which include linens, bedding, pillows, towels, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, campground guides, road maps, and mechanical operational guide. Free storage is provided for your luggage. Kits should be reserved at the time reservation is made. Costs for these kits are indicated on the current rate sheet. Other rental equipment is available: TV-DVD, child seat, bicycle racks.

PICKUP AND RETURN
Pickup time should be scheduled as close as possible at time of reservation. Each customer is instructed on complete operation of the vehicle at time of pickup. Pickup hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday (closed Sunday and major holidays).
Vehicles must be returned between 9:00 a.m. and Noon on the specified day (a late charge could be assessed without prior authorization), as other renters are waiting.

DEPENDABLE SERVICE
We strive to keep all of our vehicles in excellent mechanical condition. The cost of any oil(s) used will be gladly reimbursed. In the unlikely event that maintenance is needed during your trip, authorization for reimbursement is automatically given up to $50. Repairs in excess of $50 can be authorized by calling toll free 1-800-232-8989 x5.
